Laminated Friction Material is a Non Asbestos Woven Laminated Sheet with exceedingly high hardness and strength. The material is woven from Kevlar and other synthetic fabric yarns containing brasswire. After being impregnated with special resin and pressed into rigid flat sheet, the material shows outstandingly good resistance to wear and compression and excellent stability.

Laminated Friction Material can be processed into gear-shaped brake parts due to its high hardness and strength.

Applications：

Laminated Friction Material is a heavy duty material extensively used in oil drilling and wind power industry, such as, brake motor, wind-power equipment, oil drilling field, steel plant, construction machinery, and other industrial clutch / brake which require very strong impact strength and/or very low wear rate. It can be installed in industrial brake and clutch system, power transmission system and electric magnetic brake engine.
